Hot off the press - Tenby Dolphins have once again finished as runners-up in the relay competition at the 2010 West Wales held recently at the new Haverfordwest pool. Well done to Carmarthen who just pipped us by 2 points. It was really close all the way.

This is fourth year running the club has managed this, a is particulary good effort this year considering how the dynamics of the club have changed in recent times and our lack of older swimmers.

Individually there were some great success stories at West Wales. Medals and records in abundance. Check latest press reports and results page for more details.
